Ignorance, absurdity, bigotry, meanness, and hypocrisy in the demonization of President Zelenskyy (Ukraine: wounded beauty fighting for us IX)

I wrote "Zelenskyy is THE greatest president at present - principled, brave, pragmatic, and EXTRAORDINARILY EFFECTIVE regardless of the outcome of this war." on February 26, two days after the war. To me, Zelenskyy remains the current greatest state head. I don't idolize any living person. Among the 7.8B sinners, he happens to be the greatest leader now.

I see extraordinary ignorance, absurdity, bigotry, meanness, and hypocrisy in the demonization of Pres Zelenskyy.

Pres Zelenskyy has been wearing military fatigues to meet EVERY state head from over a dozen countries who visited Kyiv, but some people have beef with him wearing them to meet the US president who was very happy to receive him. You know what, if he wore suits only for the US president, I guarantee, some of these people would say that they told you that UA is a US client state and Zelenskyy is a lapdog, see how he treats the US drastically differently from other nations.

Ukraine has much more Christians than the US percentage-wise and I see devout Christians practicing their religion freely everywhere I go in Ukraine, from Churches to taxis with Virgin Mary icons, but some accuse President Zelenskyy of waging a war against Christianity. This should win the award of the absurdity of the year - a president with an approval rating of 90% in a country with a dominant Christian population is anti-Christian.

Ukraine is investigating a Russia-linked church with which only 4% of the Ukraine population identify them. It almost openly supports the KGB thug's invasion that threatens the very existence of Ukraine. How dumb a nation would be to avoid dealing with this national threat?

While fighting against Russian slaughters for its survival, Ukraine banned 11 Pro-Russian parties among over 300 opposition parties, but some label President Zelenskyy a dictator.

The irony is that, if you watch these people carefully, they may not say this explicitly but they just love the true dictator in Moscow who has essentially eliminated all of his political opponents who are either in jail, have been exiled, or have already been killed. This is the ultimate hypocrisy.

Ukrainians are suffering tremendously. Millions have left their homes, the trauma inflicted on millions of kids may have lasting damages, and many live in the dark and cold every day. And yet, these people have zero sympathies.

Demonizing President Zelenskyy is not their goal. Their untold goal is to help their loved KGB dictator win and make Ukrainians suffer more.

I have to say their pattern of apathy has been consistent. They show this to their disliked fellow Americans outside their tribe too.

Thoughts on the Rashist slaughter in Ukraine

I started to write down these thoughts in February 2023 before my second trip to Ukraine, paused for many months, picked it up intermittently in the summer, and finally finished on Saturday, September 23, 2023. I will not edit this post because I want to come back to it to see how my views will change or remain in the future.
